Send email (Gmail, Outlook or your server)

Send emails with attachments through any SMTP server.

   Gmail: turn on 2-Step Verification for the account, then create an app password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords. Server smtp.gmail.com, port 587, your address as username, the app password as password.

   Outlook.com / Microsoft 365: server smtp-mail.outlook.com (or smtp.office365.com), port 587 — your organisation may need to allow SMTP sign-in.

   Your own mail server: its SMTP host and port (465 for SSL, 587 for STARTTLS, 25 for an office relay).

   In the builder, drag the app's step from Apps in the step library onto the board, open it, and under Connection choose New….

   Give the connection a name (e.g. "Sales team"), paste what you copied and press Save on this computer. Choose the action and fill its fields; {{row["Column"]}} uses a value from the current row.
