Terms of Service

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Celers Automation (the “Service”): the Celers desktop app, the website at celers.org and the Celers cloud service, provided by Celers Automation (“Celers”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you use it for.

1. The Service

Celers lets you build, run and schedule automations of web and desktop applications. Automations are built and run on your own computers; the cloud service keeps your account, organisation, subscription, licences, project definitions, schedules and run summaries.

2. Accounts

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secret.
  • Your organisation’s administrators manage who has access and which role they have.
  • You are responsible for what is done through your account.

3. Plans, trial and payment

  • New organisations can start a free trial with a card: 7 days or 20 runs (desktop and phone apps together), whichever comes first. Nothing is charged during the 7 days; when they end the plan chosen is charged and renews, unless it was cancelled before. Once the 20 runs are used, runs resume when the plan starts.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Razorpay). Prices are shown on the pricing page. While Celers Automation is not registered for GST, the price shown is the amount charged; once it is registered, GST is added as the law requires and shown at checkout.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal fails, access continues for a short grace period while it is sorted out.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

  • You keep all rights to your automations and data. You give us only the rights needed to provide the Service.
  • You may automate only systems you are authorised to use, and you are responsible for complying with their terms and with the law, including health-data laws such as HIPAA where they apply.
  • Patient and other sensitive data handled by your automations stays on your computers; see the Privacy Policy.
  • Do not use the Service to break the law, to get around another system’s security or its protection against automated visitors, or to harm others.
  • When you run an automation in your own browser window, you confirm, once for each site, that you have your own account on that site or its owner’s permission to automate it, that you will stay with the run, and that you will answer any check the site shows yourself. We keep who confirmed each site and when. The Service does not answer, solve or hide from a site’s checks for automated visitors, and you must not use it to. Keeping to each site’s terms of use is your responsibility; your confirmation does not give you permission a site has not given you.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and may improve or change it. Automations already published keep running on your computers while your licence is valid, even when the cloud service cannot be reached.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. You are responsible for checking that your automations do what you intend. To the extent the law allows, Celers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms. When an account ends, its cloud data is deleted after a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Patna, Bihar, India have jurisdiction.
