Delete your account

You can delete your Celers account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Celers phone app. It takes effect at once.

On the website

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account.
3. Enter your password (or, for an account made with Google sign-in, your email address) and confirm.

In the Celers phone app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password and sign-ins on every device.
• If nobody else is in your organisation, the organisation too: its automations and their versions, schedules, jobs, work queues, tasks, alerts, invitations, settings and the computers signed in to it. Its plan is cancelled at once and nothing more is charged.
• If others remain, the organisation and its automations stay with them. The last administrator must make someone else an administrator first.

What is kept

• Payment records (plan, amounts, dates and the payment reference), for as long as tax law requires.
• The security log of sign-ins and changes, which cannot be edited: it protects accounts and answers disputes.

Automations, results and files on your own computers and phones are not in our cloud: uninstall the Celers apps, or delete them there, to remove them.

Can’t sign in?

Write to admin@celers.org from the address on the account and we delete it within 30 days.
