Invoice to Excel with Celers
Invoices into Excel without typing
Point Celers at the folder where your invoices land. Every PDF is read — text PDFs exactly, scans with your computer's own text recognition — and each becomes a row of a spreadsheet you can check and import.
The fields you need
Invoice number, invoice and due dates, PO number, vendor, seller and buyer GSTIN, PAN or tax id, subtotal, tax, total and currency.
Scans too
Scanned pages are read with Windows' or macOS' own OCR. GSTINs are checked against their check character and OCR mix-ups corrected.
Private by design
Nothing is uploaded: the PDFs are read on the computer that has them.
Any other document
Read PDF also takes values beside labels you name (Policy No, Patient Name) for forms and statements.

Questions
- Does it work with Indian GST invoices?
- Yes: seller and buyer GSTIN, CGST, SGST and IGST, and totals in rupees are read.
- What about handwritten invoices?
- Printed and typed ones read well, scanned or not. Handwriting is not reliable.
